Phnom Penh (FN), Nov. 20 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen and Vietnamese chairman of the National Assembly Vuong Dinh Hue pledged to enhance Cambodia-Viet Nam trade and investment cooperation, which will further solidify political relations of the two countries.
Premier Hun Sen received a courtesy call by Vuong Dinh Hue, held on Sunday morning (Nov 20) at the Peace Palace Phnom Penh.
Vietnamese chairman of the National Assembly expressed his great pleasure in Cambodia-Viet Nam relation and cooperation. The two countries had organized many activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of diplomatic ties. In particular, the exchange of visits at between the two leaders and peoples at all levels.
Vuong Dinh Hue welcomed the good result of trade cooperation between the two countries and pushed to strengthen cooperation in more sectors.
Vuong Dinh Hue congratulated Cambodia for the success of 2022 ASEAN Summits and Related Summits on 10-13 November 2022. He praised Samdech on the effective control on COVID19 and the kingdom's rapid development under the wise leadership of premier Hun Sen.
For his part, Samdech Hun Sen agreed with Vuong Dinh Hue to promote cooperation in potential sectors to further boost trade and political relations.
