Phnom Penh (FN), Nov. 13 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen praised Cambodian foreign minister Prak Sokhonn and armed forces for ensuring safety for ASEAN and world leaders during ASEAN Summits.

The premier spoke at the press conference on the outcomes of the 40th and 41st ASEAN Summits and Related Summits, held on Sunday (Nov 13) in Phnom Penh.

"I am deeply satisfied with our armed forces who are capable in ensuring safety for all leaders in Cambodia. This year I am very proud with organization and functioning of ASEAN Summits 2022 led by Cambodian foreign minister Prak Sokhonn," the premier underscored. 

Taking this occasion, Samdech also presented the fruitful results of the ASEAN Summits to the Cambodian king and queen mother as well as citizens nationwide. The success of the ASEAN Summits in Phnom Penh is a great honor for Cambodia.

Samdech added that hosting ASEAN is not an easy job without a smart foreign minister and active assistants.
