Phnom Penh (FN), Nov. 12 – United Nations (UN) secretary general Antonio Guterres called for favorable conditions for dialogue between Russia and Ukraine, speaking on Saturday morning (Nov 12) at the press conference.

“What happened in Ukraine violated the UN charter and international laws. It is important to create condition for dialogue and start looking for peace,” Antonio said.
