Phnom Penh (FN), Nov. 10 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen and his Thai counterpart Prayut Chan-o-chan highly valued the existing good relations and cooperation in all fields between the two countries based on the spirit of good neighborliness, traditional friendship and mutual trust.
The bilateral meeting was held on Thursday (Nov 10) on the sidelines of the 40th and 41st ASEAN Summits and Related Summits in Phnom Penh. The two premiers expressed satisfaction with the significant progress of the comprehensive cooperation in recent years and agreed to further deepen and broaden the very close ties
"Both leaders also stressed the importance of strengthening cooperation in education, human resource development, defense and security, tourism, railway connection, clean energy, fight against transnational crimes such as illegal border crossing and human trafficking. The exchange of support on the international arena were also touched on during the meeting," according to the outcomes seen by Fresh News on Thursday (Nov 10).
