Kampong Chhnang (FN), Oct. 26 – Cambodian prime minister sent a message to communal councilors from the Candlelight Party to respond or condemn the convict Sam Rainy for blatantly insulting the king.

The premier advised Candlelight Party members to join other political parties, for Candlelight Party is at risk being dissolved.

The premier spoke in a meeting with flood victims in Kampong Chhnang on Wednesday morning (Oct 26).
