Phnom Penh (FN), Sep. 22 – Army commander Hun Manet said that caring for veterans, retired teachers and officials is an obligation and morality, which is not different from caring for parents or guardians in the family, speaking in a video clip received by Fresh News on Thursday (Sep 22).

Manet said, (1) veterans, retired teachers and officials had sacrifices for peace seeking and development of the nation.

(2) They navigated and gave a solid foundation for the next generation to continue serving the nation with effectiveness and efficiency.

(3) They are significant resources, who are full of knowledge, skills, and working experience that could be passed on to the next generation.
