Phnom Penh (FN), Sep. 14 – The American University of Phnom Penh (AUPP) recently announced two new Master’s programs, Master of Laws (LL.M.) and the Master of Legal Studies (MLS). Both programs aim to provide a broad overview of local and international laws and regulations that govern international businesses and engage students on the use and regulations of digital technologies. AUPP’s unique graduates will be equipped with knowledge and skills that are highly valued in the global market.

Students will be taking courses on relevant laws, regulations, and policies in Cambodia and other prominent common and civil law jurisdictions. They will learn to analyze complex legal issues that arise in international business, the fast-growing developments of digital technologies, and how these developments have affected the application of laws and different approaches to their solutions. Courses include International Business Transactions, E-Commerce law, Emerging Technologies, and the Law, etc.

The LL.M. program is tailored for those who have background in law while MLS is specifically designed for professionals who do not have background in law. The LL.M. and MLS are a two-year (part-time) program consisting of 45 units. Applications are open now! To ensure the success of learning, AUPP provides English course for master’s studies to develop the confidence and soft skills that are needed to succeed in their studies.
