Phnom Penh (FN), Aug. 29 – BANKOGRAPH Pte. Ltd., and Cambodia Asia Bank (CAB Bank), a commercial bank in Cambodia, which offers a range of financial services for businesses and individuals, announced that the bank has launched payment service via KHQR code in partnership with Bankograph, a leading fintech in SE Asia.
The CAB Bank KHQR is currently available in a number of prominent F&B and Entertainment venues in Phnom Penh and CAB Bank is actively pushing to grow its acceptance network across the country.
KHQR is a universal quick response (QR) code system created for banking and financial institution and payment service providers serve the consumers for other goods and services settlement in Cambodia via CAB mobile, Bakong app and other banks belongs to Bakong's KHQR network.

Moreover, on 4 July, the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) launched the KHQR code payment service which would help businesses to accept digital payment from users of any participating banks in Bakong network through a single QR code and make transactions easier for customers.
So, CAB Bank must launch this solution immediately not only to keep up with CAB Bank growth today, but also long into the future,” said Niraj Gupta, head of digital banking of CAB Bank.
