Phnom Penh (FN), Jul. 13 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen called for vigilance as the kingdom has detected new variant of COVID19 Omicron.

The premier spoke in a special voice message on Wednesday (Jul 13).

The new variant was detected in Phnom Penh and spread to some provinces, the premier added.

Samdech continued, although the Royal Government does not implement the lockdown, people are strongly urged to get booster vaccine and strictly adhere to health measures.
