Phnom Penh (FN), May 15 – Phnom Penh authority arrested a daughter of Tycoon Heng Sier, who allegedly conspired with her husband to fabricate pornographic photos of TV presenter Mean Pich Rita, misleading the public and damaging the victim’s reputation.

Kimheang and her spouse Khorn Chhun Dara hired a couple of men and women to take pornographic photos and spread on social media, a senior police officer told Fresh News on Saturday night.

Khorn Chhun Dara, known as the owner of The KOI and Tube Cafe, was arrested in the evening of 15 May.

Authorities are searching for other people who had involved in the above case.
