Phnom Penh (FN), May 12 – Ky Tech, president of Volunteer Lawyers of Samdech Techo, told Fresh News on Wednesday that his team is conducting an investigation on the complaint filed by MyTV presenter Miss Mean Pich Rita against Oknha Heng Sier for the alleged rape in a car.

According to the complaint, the attempted rape occurred on the afternoon of May 4 at Phnom Penh’s Toul Kork District after Oknha Heng Sier called her to discuss some work.

Earlier, Tycoon Heng Sier had filed a complaint against Pich Rita and got her arrested for allegedly stealing a smart phone and stabbing him with a knife.
