Phnom Penh (FN), May 8 – Cambodia reported 538 new cases of COVID19, while 456 patients recovered on Saturday, according to the Ministry of Health's press release dated 8 May 2021 (updated as of 11:30 a.m).

One newly infected patient is an imported case.

The other 537 are patients involved in February 20 community event.

To date, Cambodia has confirmed 18,717 cases of COVID19 with 7,340 recoveries and 114 deaths.
