Phnom Penh (FN), May 7 – Cambodia reported 558 new cases of COVID19, while 41 patients recovered on Friday, according to the Ministry of Health's press release dated 7 May 2021 (updated as of 11:30 a.m).

One newly infected patient is an imported case.

The other 557 are patients involved in February 20 community event.

To date, Cambodia has confirmed 18,179 cases of COVID19 with 6,884 recoveries and 114 deaths.
