Phnom Penh (FN), May 4 – One Cambodian patient living in Sihanoukville died of COVID19 on 3 May 2021, according to the Ministry of Health's announcement dated Tuesday.

A 81-year-old Cambodian man from Sihanoukville was tested positive on 29 April 2021.

The patients passed away at 10:45 on 3 May 2021 due to severe lung disease and respiratory crisis attacked by COVID19, the ministry confirmed.

To date, Cambodia has registered 107 cases of COVID19 fatality.
