Phnom Penh (FN), Dec. 4 – Ministry of Health's Secretary of State Youk Sambath told Fresh News Friday evening that Cambodia reported six new cases of COVID19 from the “Community 28 November" event.

The newly infected patients are Cambodian staffs working at Pedro (Sihanoukville Boulevard branch), where the infected woman visited.

As of 3 December, at least 9,793 people from Phnom Penh and seven provinces are considered involving in the event. As a result 29 were tested positive for COVID19.

Youk Sambath added that three passengers returning from the United States through Taiwan's flight to Cambodia were tested positive for COVID19 on Friday.

The government has temporarily shutdown Pedro.
