Phnom Penh (FN), Nov. 15 — Minister of Economy and Finance Aun Pornmoniroth, who represented Cambodia at the 15th East Asia Summit on behalf of Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen, made a response to Robert O’Brien, the US National Security Advisor, over the US’s concern that Cambodia plans to host foreign naval and its personnel at Ream naval base at the gulf of Thailand.
