Banteay Meanchey (FN), Oct. 24 – Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen said that those who opposed the nation and violated the laws will never be friend with prime minister, speaking from Banteay Meanchey's Malai district.

"If they oppose the nation, they will never become friend with prime minister," Premier Hun Sen said.

"I am supposed to be gone a long time ago, but fates decide that I am here; fates want me to control those who opposes the nation and violates the laws,” he added.

He also said fate decides that he becomes the premier, for he has never wished.

At young age, the premier just wants to become a teacher.
