Phnom Penh (FN), Aug. 14 – The Council of Ministers of Cambodia held a plenary session on Friday at the Peace Palace, chaired by Prime Minister Hun Sen.

The meeting has adopted:

1. Draft National Policy on Cassava 2020-2025

2. Draft Report on the Progress of Implementation of Cambodia Industrial Development Policy (IDP) 2015-2025 in 2017-2018.

3. Other issues: the Council of Ministers requested for the Legislature's approval on:

3.1. Draft Law on the Approval of ASEAN-Hong Kong China Free Trade Agreement

3.2. Draft Law on the Kigali Amendment to Montreal Protocol on Substances That Deplete the Ozone Layer

3.3. Draft Law on the Approval of the Kingdom of Cambodia on Minamata Convention on Mercury

3.4. Draft Law on the Approval of the Extradition Convention between the Royal Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Government of the French Republic

3.5. Draft Law on the Approval of the Treaty on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Russian Federation.
