Banteay Meanchey (FN), Jun. 10 – At least four people have passed away and 11 others are being hospitalised due to alcohol poisoning.

The incident happened on 9 June in Banteay Meanchey’s Malai district, north-western Cambodia.

Deputy police commissioner of Banteay Meanchey Brigadier General Seth Los confirmed Wednesday that 16 people in total have consumed the wine and as of 10 June, four had passed away.
