Phnom Penh (FN), Jan. 21 – Lieutenant General Hun Manet, Army Commander of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces (RCAF) welcomed Chief of Singaporean Army Major General Goh Si Hou on Monday, as he paid a four-day official visit to Cambodia.

Lt. Gen. Hun Manet took the opportunity to thank the Singaporean Army for training Cambodian young officers and requested Singapore to continue aids in the field of human resource training for RCAF.

Major General Goh took note of the rapid development of Phnom Penh and expressed his delights in his trip to Siem Reap.

The first official visit of Singaporean chief of army is a positive sign to further enhance the cooperation of the two armies.
