Phnom Penh (FN), Jan. 13 – Singapore Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr Vivian Balakrishnan offers his condolences on the loss of lives and injuries as a result of the building collapse in Kep province on 3 January 2020, according to Facebook of Singapore’s Embassy in Cambodia.
The letter assured that Singapore is prepared to offer its assistance should it be needed.

I would like to offer my deepest sympathies on the loss of lives and injuries as a result of the building collapse in Kep province on 3 January 2020.
