Phnom Penh (FN), Oct. 1 – Cambodian King, His Majesty Norodom Sihamoni, sent a congratulation letter to President Xi Jinping on the occasion of the Seventieth Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China, according to the royal letter dated 23 September 2019.

“On behalf of Her Majesty the Queen Mother, the Royal Family, the Royal Government and the people of Cambodia, I feel honoured to convey to Your Excellency and, through you, to the Communist Party, the State Council, the People's Liberation Army, and the great and heroic people of China, our warmest and heartfelt congratulations on the auspicious occasion of the Seventieth Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China,” His Majesty wrote in the letter.
