Svay Rieng (FN), Sept. 27 – Prosecution attached to Svay Rieng court allegedly charged Mao Vibol with conspiring and incitement for crimes, which faces a sentence of 5-20 years imprisonment, according to the court’s press release dated Friday.
Vibol used his personal Facebook and gave interviews to Radio Free Asia in August and September 2019 to implement former opposition leader Sam Rainsy’s plan to topple the government through repatriation.
