Phnom Penh (FN), Aug. 30 – Prime Minister Hun Sen called Rainsy’s latest wager “ridiculous”, which aims to escape court’s order, speaking in an exclusive interview with Fresh News CEO Lim Chea Vutha on Friday afternoon.

“I have seen Sam Rainsy’s wager. It is a ridiculous act, which indicates a clear intention to escape law enforcement; it is also an excuse not to repatriate,” the premier spoke to Fresh News CEO.

“I clarify that the authority will arrest you [Rainsy] within 24 hours if/when entering Cambodia; otherwise, I am willing to step down. Do you dare?,” the premier stated.

“Daring or not does not matter, authority will jail you if/when entering Cambodia without the need of wager,” Prime Minister warned.
