Phnom Penh (FN), April 22 - A man identified as Su Yean, owner of Facebook account Su Yean, 45, was arrested on Monday by Tbong Khmum police for insulting Prime Minister Hun Sen and his supporters.

According to the provincial court's order for questioning, Su Yean posted a message on Facebook on 20 April, insulting Prime Ministers and supporters. He was suspected with incitement for crimes, as complained by the Premier's supporter.
