Siem Reap (FN), Jan. 15 - The Asian Cultural Council (ACC) was officially launched in Siem Reap, Cambodia, with the presence of over 700 participants.

The Council has also issued the Siem Reap Declaration, which welcomed two Cambodia’s flagship initiatives to implement the above-mentioned four inter-connected pillars: First, “TECHO” (Technology and Thought, Education and Ecology, Culture and Community, Humanity and History, and Organic and Original) as an innovative approach to development and Second the “100 Model Villages Project”.
