Phnom Penh (FN), Jan. 12 - The Yuetai International Group is one of the top 100 listed real estate companies. The firm was established in 1979 as Donghua Industrial. The company was listed in 2001 and was subsequently renamed Yuetai International Group.

*EAST ONE
The East One Residence project is located at the intersection of Norodom Boulevard and Monivong Boulevard, two of the main roads in Phnom Penh, making transportation convenient. Construction of the property was completed in 2016 with, covering an area of 1,275 square meters with construction area of 23,000 square meters.

*EAST VIEW
The East View Residence project is the first multi-complex compound project along Norodom Boulevard, one of Phnom Penh’s main thoroughfares. East View Residence is located just off of Norodom Boulevard and directly north of the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts. The project covers an area of 4,761 square meters and will offer floor space of 105,620 square meters. East View is an integrated commercial and residential complex that includes Grade B office buildings, SOHO apartments, and boutique residences. The project was completed in 2018.

*THE GARDEN
Yuetai The Garden Residence project is located at Veng Sreng Boulevard, close to the Phnom Penh International airport. On the gold axis of Phnom Penh, it radiates both the “International Airport Business Circle” and “Phnom Penh city life circle”. It is the first intelligent international community in Phnom Penh. The construction started in October 2018, covering an area of 17,000 square meters with construction area of 110,000 square meters.

* PHNOM PENH HARBOUR
Situated along the banks of the Mekong River and just 1.8 km from Cambodia’s Royal Palace, Yuetai Phnom Penh Harbour will become one of Phnom Penh’s most prominent real estate projects, combining a working port, a high-end business center, and a unique, riverside tourism experience. The project is a large-scale integrated development combining tourism, business, leisure, and shopping. Construction of the project will commence in March 2019, covering an area of 118,000 square meters with construction area of 1,170,000 square meters.

*YUETAI CITY
Yuetai City will become the new center of Kampong Cham. It is the future of Kampong Cham. Yuetai City is the only large-scale diversified mixed-use project in Kampong Cham that integrates high-end villa residential, commercial, industrial, tourism, culture, education and medical care. The project covers an area of 530,000 square meters and has a planned total construction area of 600,000 square meters. Construction of the project will commence in 2019.
