(Korea): Atomy founder and Dreamy School founder Chairman Han‑Gill Park shared Atomy’s core business philosophy and the grand vision of the Dreamville project currently under development in Siem Reap, Cambodia, during a press briefing with Cambodian journalists invited to Korea. In particular, he expressed strong determination to develop Dreamy School into one of the finest educational institutions not only in Cambodia, but in the world.

1. “Absolute Success” Rooted in the Essence of Distribution

Mr. Park began by explaining why Atomy has grown into a global company. “If a daily‑use product is of excellent quality and affordable, it can only succeed,” he stated.

He emphasized that Atomy helped its partner manufacturers dramatically reduce production costs—for example, lowering the production cost of HemoHIM to one‑tenth—by coaching them to innovate their facilities based on large‑scale demand. This commitment to the essence of distribution, “absolute quality and absolute price,” made global expansion possible.

Atomy’s business model allows anyone—regardless of capital, experience, education, or age—to participate and offers high‑income opportunities, with some members earning up to USD 100,000 per month.

Park underscored that Atomy contributes to solving global unemployment through this inclusive structure.

Founded in 2009, Atomy has grown into a global distribution and marketing company generating over USD 1.6 billon in annual revenue across more than 26 countries. With “customer success” as its corporate philosophy, Atomy aims not only to sell products but to improve the quality of customers’ lives. The company also engages actively in philanthropy, supporting education, healthcare, welfare, and poverty‑relief initiatives worldwide.

2. People as the “Purpose,” Not a Resource — Park’s Management and Educational Philosophy

Park highlighted “sharing the value created” as one of the essential missions of a company. Since its founding, Atomy has donated more than USD 90 million and continues to donate USD 7–15 million annually to organizations such as Compassion Korea and other NGOs.

He shared his unique view of people—not as “human resources,” but as beings whose value comes from their very existence. This perspective forms Atomy’s first corporate motto: “Cherish the spirit.”

Park illustrated this through what he calls the “Cow Philosophy vs. Baby Philosophy.”

“We take care of a cow to obtain milk, but a mother cares for her child simply because the child is precious. Human beings must never be valued only for their usefulness but for their intrinsic worth.”

He stressed that education must reflect this philosophy. Education should not treat students as resources to be trained for utility, but instead should “draw out the talents already placed within each child so that they may fulfill their God‑given calling.” This principle guides the curriculum of Dreamy School, where students design and conduct their own interest‑based projects rather than study standardized textbooks.

“Education should help students discover what they excel at and where they can contribute,” Park said. “Dreamy School in Siem Reap will follow this same philosophy.”

Park added that this view of humanity is rooted in the Bible: because humans are created by God and possess a soul, every person deserves food security, access to medical care, a clean and safe environment, and education.

He emphasized the values of liberty, equality, and fraternity from the French Revolution, noting: “Liberty and democracy make equality possible, and fraternity ties them together.” He said that he uses the wealth gained through free enterprise (liberty) to help the poor and marginalized live dignified lives (equality), motivated by God’s love (fraternity).

“Dreamy School aims to teach these principles so that future Cambodian generations can discover their mission and talents,” Park said.

3. Why Cambodia — and the Vision for Dreamville

Park explained that Atomy Cambodia was not founded for business reasons but from a desire to help Cambodia after a request from the Cambodian consulate he met in the United States. After more than ten years of attempts—including plans to establish a hospital and medical school—the dream finally took shape as the Dreamville project in Siem Reap.

Dreamville represents the first step in Park’s commitment to building 100 Christian schools worldwide. His passion for the Siem Reap project was evident—he invited Cambodian journalists to Korea to tour Atomy headquarters and Dreamy High School, even welcoming them into his home to personally explain his educational vision.

Dreamy School is designed to become a premier private school attracting students from across Cambodia, featuring:

– Top‑tier educational facilities including swimming pools and sports complexes
– A world‑class faculty including teachers from Korea and the U.S.
– Scholarship system for outstanding students
– Global pathways through an MOU with CHS in the United States
– Plans for a joint Cambodia–Korea–U.S. diploma system

Dreamville residents may also receive priority points for admission to Dreamy School.

“Where good schools arise, both education quality and property value rise,” Park noted.

“Just as Gangnam District in Seoul became the most desired district due to its excellent schools—where housing prices today exceed USD 22,000 per square meter—Dreamville will become the ‘Gangnam School District’ of Cambodia. Today, families move from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh for better education. In the future, some will move from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap.”

“I have already succeeded in life and accumulated enough resources to fund Dreamville without interruption,” Park said. “I am not doing this to make more money. Korea was once one of the poorest nations after the Korean War, yet it achieved remarkable growth through its passion for education. Cambodia, having also endured civil conflict, can likewise achieve extraordinary economic growth through proper education.”

4. A Hundred-Year Plan — “My Goal Is to Build 100 Schools Worldwide”

Park concluded by outlining his long‑term vision: “Education cannot be discussed on a five‑year timeline. Education is a 100‑year plan. I aim to build 100 schools around the world during my lifetime. If the next generation builds 10,000 schools and produces 100 million graduates, they will become leaders who bring positive change across the globe.”

Park emphasized that Atomy intends to grow into a world‑class company that serves as both a global distribution hub and a generator of social value—adding that “Dreamville and Dreamy School in Cambodia are the starting point of that journey.”
