BANGKOK, Aug. 29 (BBC): The Constitutional Court has ruled against Paetongtarn Shinawatra, saying that her controversial phone call amounted to an ethical breach.

This means the suspended prime minister will be immediately removed from office - a blow to her party and the Shinawatra dynasty.
