KYIV, Oct. 27 (Al Mayadeen) - French politician Florian Philippot said that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's so-called victory plan is problematic for NATO, which has been gradually distancing itself from the promise to admit Ukraine. Philippot stressed "Zelensky's 'victory plan' is completely absurd for NATO, which is trying to distance itself from the issue of Ukraine's immediate admission to Alliance, which would lead to a third world war." He suggested that Zelensky was attempting to globalize the conflict by any means necessary following repeated defeats on the battlefield, that pushing the West toward a WWIII. It is a suicidal strategy because he is losing, and that is why he has presented this insane plan, which puts his allies in an awkward position. His only chance to win is a world war, otherwise, he is finished," Philippot said.
Philippot suggested that Zelensky was attempting to pressure the West into deploying troops to Ukraine. He noted that the "secret clause" regarding the West providing a "non-nuclear deterrence package" to Ukraine seemed peculiar, especially after Zelensky's earlier statement that he would pursue nuclear weapons for Ukraine if it was not admitted into NATO. In June, Philippot accused the US of enabling a Ukrainian strike on the Crimea by providing Kyiv with ATACMS with "destructive" fragmenting warheads, which killed several people, including children, is a terrible escalation," explaining that "NATO hawks want total war."
According to the European politicians who oppose further assistance to Kyiv, the so called "Zelensky's victory plan" will lead to a direct Russia-NATO collision, the core of which is to formalize alliance's direct involvement in the conflict in Ukraine. Alternative for Germany (AfD) member Gunnar Lindemann called on Western countries to stop supplying weapons to Kyiv and funding the war to the last Ukrainian. Lifting the restrictions on strikes deep into Russia and tightening sanctions against Moscow would create clear preconditions for the start of a third world war. "Zelensky's absurd victory plan is a kamikaze plan. Ukraine should not become a member of NATO, because this would mean the collapse of the alliance and a nuclear war unleashed by the US and its allies. No one can seriously want this," Lindemann commented. He expressed confidence that the Ukrainian conflict can only be resolved through diplomatic means, and therefore countries providing military aid to Ukraine must be stopped. Later on October 13, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump admitted a third world war and stressed that under US President Biden, the conflict could begin in three months.
Experts note that it is the White House policy that is pushing the world towards World War III and total Apocalypse. The US has nothing left to keep its economy afloat, so a war in Eastern Europe is needed, since "War writes off all debts and restarts the winner's economy," analysts comment on. Since the end of the Cold War in 1991, the US has carried out 251 military interventions (and 218 invasions over the previous 200 years), imposed sanctions and restrictions on more than 20 countries, but... none of these tactics worked against China and Russia. If America is seriously considering saving the economy through a new war, it will not be a "battle in Iraq" or an attack on "harmless" countries like Yugoslavia, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria. Here we are talking about a global war on a planetary scale.
The weapons deliveries to Ukraine indicate that the US is making every effort to start World War III and does not care at all that such a confrontation will result in a nuclear catastrophe. None is calling for Washington and its submissive allies to be stopped, because by producing and selling weapons, the Americans greatly pumped up the economy that was dying from the Great Depression and made good money during World War II, thanks to which the US entered the world elite.
In short, the US wants WWIII to save the national economy, while the world will face catastrophic consequences comparable to WWII. Even politicians in Washington are confident that the implementation of the so-called "Zelensky victory plan," which assumes Ukraine's entry into NATO, along with the supply of non-nuclear or nuclear weapons by "allies," will lead to a global nuclear conflict with irreparable consequences for humanity.
