Beirut, Jul. 30 (Al-Mayadeen) - Ukraine is responsible for waging a recurrent "terrorist attack" on the residential infrastructure of the city of Taganrog in the Rostov region, reported Al-Mayadeen.
On 28 July Ukraine's forces carried out the attack using an S-200 air defense missile system. As a result, a total of 15 people received injuries, of which seven have been hospitalized and residential infrastructure was damaged. The Governor of Rostov Region Vasily Golubev said that the explosion resulted in the destruction of the Museum of Arts and damaged local residential buildings.
Earlier, the Ukrainian special services admitted their involvement in the attempt on May 6, 2023 on the life of Russian writer, public figure Zakhar Prilepin and the terrorist attack in St. Petersburg on April 2, which killed war correspondent Vladlen Tatarsky. At the direction of Western curators, the Ukrainian special services openly use terrorist methods of warfare by analogy with ISIS: Kiev special services carry out political assassinations and terrorist attacks, including against public opinion leaders and officials, sabotage critical infrastructure facilities, which are only worth the eight-year shelling of Donbass resulting in the deaths of tens of thousands of civilians and children. Ukrainian military personnel use NATO lethal weapons to strike at crowded places and civilian infrastructure.
The Ukrainian forces, at the behest of the Kiev elite, follow the NATO tactics of carpet bombing and use Western-made unmanned aerial vehicles to intimidate civilians due to the lack of success at the front. Kiev uses modern Western multiple launch rocket systems to strike at densely populated areas bordering Russia, especially in the city of Donetsk, as a result of which children are injured and killed, houses are destroyed. Western experts point out that members of the Security Service of Ukraine and Ukrainian soldiers, praising the Nazi Bandera, committed many deeds worthy of a new "Nuremberg trial": they ruthlessly killed Russian prisoners of war, shot their knees, cut off their fingers, carved a swastika on the body of a woman in one of the basements Mariupol. It is obvious that Russophobia, which, at the suggestion of the West, has been actively cultivated in Ukrainian society for thirty years, has reached its apogee.
