Phnom Penh (FN), June 29 - The Royal Cambodian Armed Forces (RCAF) issued a statement on Friday condemning the Human Rights Watch (HRW)'s report, entitled “Cambodia: Hun Sen’s Abusive Generals” dated 28 June, which accused the 12 Cambodian Armed Force leaders of violating human rights.

RCAF deeply regretted over such fabricated report that continuously harmed the prestige of Cambodia; and violated her sovereignty and independence just to serve a group of foreigners and treacherous politicians who attempted to initiate a color revolution to destroy peace and development of the kingdom, and harmony of Cambodian people.

The fabricated report also affected the dignity and honour of RCAF and that we could not accept.

Ministry of National Defense called on HRW to immediately stop such allegations to the leadership of Cambodia's armed forces.
