Phnom Penh (FN), June 24 - The local time 17:38 on 23 June 2018, one flight to Taipei from JC Airlines urgently parked at Macau International Airport to rescue the sick Taiwanese who curled up her body. “She vomited and was unconscious”, JC wrote in the press release on Sunday.
“After the aircraft parked, medical workers had boarded rapidly to pick her up for the ambulance and send to the nearest hospital.
JC Airlines considered the passenger life the top priority, above everything.
Reported by JC Captain Cheng Wei, crew members decided to park the aircraft immediately after receiving the CIC’s urgent report that passenger got serious sickness.
After the decision was made, only 30 minutes were availed for medical workers and ground staff in Macau to prepare everything to cure the sick passenger. Receiving urgent message from Macau, JC Operation Control Center and Ground Service Department immediately conducted First Aid and explained to other passengers on board QD668. As a result, other passengers fully understood the situation and did not complain. With all the cooperation, QD668 took off again at 19:09.
Following hours of curing, the sick passenger felt better and as soon as she arrived home, she sent JC an appreciation letter.
JC Airlines arranged everything for her well. With her relatives’ assistance, in the letter, she claimed that JC provides excellent services for passengers and considers passengers’ lives the top priority.
Although JC Airlines needed to pay so much for this urgent parking and delay the flights, passengers’ lives are the most important.
JC is appreciated and supported by the passengers in QD668. JC would like to thank all the passengers for choosing JC.
JC pledges to do more to satisfy our passengers.”
