Phnom Penh (FN), June 5 - Presiding over the graduation ceremony of students from Royal School of Administration on Tuesday morning, Prime Minister Hun Sen urged all government officials to be the loyal servant for people, not the boss.

Prime Minister Hun Sen said that through election, Cambodia values and respects citizens the most; therefore, all activities must serve the people.

The premier called on a fair competition in government official recruitments or promotions, avoiding nepotism or favoring family members.

He reminded his officials to set clear goals, as an old saying goes "think before draw".

He added that to receive love and support from the people, officials need to respect the citizens.
