Phnom Penh (FN), June 5 - Prime Minister Hun Sen urged the officials to implement laws rather than his orders.
He also stated that officials who are good at reporting to the superior and blame the inferior should not be appointed.
The statement was made when he presided over the graduation ceremony of Royal School of Administration at the National Institute of Education on Tuesday morning.
“Useless officials that we should avoid are those who report to superiors and blame the inferiors,” said the premier.
"Implement the laws, not my order. Do not have to wait my order to implement the law," he added.
At the same time, the Head of the Royal Government of Cambodia said that the useful officials are those who effectively solve the problems.
He also encouraged all civil servants to cooperate with one another and stop accuse one another for the power.
