Phnom Penh (FN), May 31 - Cheng Kheng, founder and the managing director of Cambodia Properties Limited, said that there is no changes in the price of real estate even the election of the 6th National Assembly Representative is approaching.

The statement was made during the Cambodian Valuers and Estate Agents Association General Member Meeting 1st Quarter 2018 on Wednesday.  

"Current demand for real estate is normal, there is no sign of an increase nor decrease in the price compared to the same period in 2013," said Oknha Cheng Kheng.

Regarding the real estate sector, Prime Minister Hun Sen said that in the 2018 election, Cambodian land price is good, as investors believed the Cambodian government is still led by the Cambodian People's Party.
