Phnom Penh (FN), May 26 - Speaking at the Grand Opening ceremony of Vattanac Capital on Saturday evening, Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen said that this modern commercial building will be able to make Cambodia a tourist destination, where tourists can buy luxurious goods.

"They used to fly to Hong Kong to purchase goods, then Singapore. I hope that Cambodia will be the destination to visit and purchase luxurious goods," the premier said.

Prime Minister Hun Sen was also proud that he has been in Vattanac Capital Tower for four times where numerous modern and expensive goods are available.

Back then, Cambodia had only received assistance from the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe.

With the ongoing progress and prosperity of Cambodia, Prime Minister Hun Sen continues to mobilize overseas investors to Cambodia and provide fair treatment to all investors both local and from abroad.

The premier also pledged to protect peace and further develop the nation.
