Phnom Penh (FN), May 19 - Minister of Ministry of Public Works and Transport Sun Chanthol told Fresh News Sunday that a sky railway project is still under preliminary research between the Ministry and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).

Numerous Facebook users expressed their enthusiasm over news on the construction of the 800-million-dollar and 18-kilometer sky railway from Phnom Penh to Phnom Penh International Airport, expect to reduce traffic congestion.

Senior Minister Sun Chanthol added that the construction could not be completed in 2018, but the project will start in 2019 and soon to be completed prior to the SEA Games in 2023.
