Phnom Penh (FN), May 17- Japan's largest bank, JTrust, has reached an agreement to buy the 55 percent stake of ANZ Royal Bank from ANZ Group from Australia, which is owned by Tycoon Kith Meng, Chairman of Royal Group, according to a Royal Group’s press release on Thursday.

JTrust is a diversified financial company with operations in Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, Thailand and Cambodia, and it has been established for more than 40 years.

Royal Group welcomed JTrust as its new partner in the Bank and looks forward to an exciting period of growth and expansion of the Bank.
