Phnom Penh (FN), May 3 – Candlelight Party, formerly known as Sam Rainsy Party, announced not to participate in the July's elections, according to the party's statement dated on Thursday.

"The party demands political solutions to ensure a free, fair, and just election that will reflect the wills of Cambodian people," the party wrote in the statement.
