Phnom Penh (FN), March 19 – Cambodian delegation to observe the Presidential Election in Russia claimed that the election was held free, fair, and transparent in accordance to Russia’s law on election and other relevant laws, according to the statement released by Cambodian delegation dated on March 18, 2018.
