Phnom Penh (FN), March 17 - Four new factories have been licensed by Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC) to be established in Cambodia in March 2018, with a capital of approximately $14.6 million, creating 4,946 jobs, according to CDC's official Facebook post on Saturday.
V.C.O.F.F APPAREL CO., LTD: A project to establish the clothing factory, located in Por Sen Chey District, Phnom Penh, has a capital of approximately $5.7 million and will create 3,826 jobs.
Bai Hong Cambo Co., Ltd.: A project to establish a decorative lamp factory, located in Special Economic Zone in Svay Rieng Province, has a capital of approximately $2 million and will create 323 jobs.
Da Chao Shong Composites Technology Cambodia Co., Ltd: A project to establish bike and motorcycle parts factory located in Special Economic Zone in Svay Rieng Province, has a capital of approximately 2.3 million and will create 157 jobs.
WON FULL ENTERPRISE CO., LTD: A project to establish decorative lamp, plastic sticker, and other wrapping materials factory located in Special Economic Zone in Svay Rieng Province, has a capital of approximately 4.5 million and will create 343 jobs.
CDC has issued a certificate of registration for at least seven new companies and factories in Cambodia in March 2018, with a capital of over $92 million, creating more than 7,778 jobs.
