Phnom Penh (FN), March 11 - The opposition groups and Kok Ksor claimed Kok Ksor is not a vietnamese, as he holds a Cambodian identity card, according to a short video posted on former dissolved opposition party lawmaker Eng Chhay Eang’s facebook page on Saturday night.

Roth Sondab, a Khmer civilization expert and author of National Flag and National Anthem "Nokor Reach"shortly responded that “If Kok Ksor claimed that he is a Cambodian, why can't he speak Khmer?"

In a video, Kok Ksor introduced himself in English and said that “I can not speak Khmer”.

Former opposition leader Sam Rainsy and Kok Ksor showed photos that they had signed an agreement to hand four provinces, including Ratanakiri, Mondulkiri, Kratie, Stung Treng and Kok Ksor meeting Kem Sokha.

In a video signing the agreement, the use of Cambodian flag, Montagnards flag, and American flag indicated that the Montagnards is a sovereign state, as flag is a symbol of sovereignty.
