Phnom Penh (FN), Feb. 21 – Senior Minister Prak Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and Horinouchi Hidehisa, Japanese Ambassador to Cambodia, signed the Exchange of Notes and Record of Discussions on the extension of Grant Aid worth of $7 million this morning at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cambodia.

The grant aid will be used to implement Economic and Social Development programme, according to the Foreign Ministry's press release on Tuesday.
