Phnom Penh (FN), Feb. 17 - Cambodian People's Party (CPP)'s spokesman Sok Eysan, on Saturday, said that the resignation of the biggest opposition party in New Zealand set a good example for Sam Rainsy.
Bill English, serving 27 years in the National Party which is the main opposition party in New Zealand, announced on Tuesday that he will resign by late February 2018 and run business instead.
The National Party won 44.4% of the vote in last September's election.
Sok Eysan taunted Sam Rainsy for still striving despite more than 20 years of failure. He advised Rainsy to idolize Bill English and become a street vendor.
