Svay Rieng (FN), Feb. 13 - Ke Ratha, Director of Svay Rieng Provincial Health Department reported that nine villagers in Koki Commune, Romeas Hek District, Svay Rieng Province, were affected by the chemical weapons, while clearing up the grass in the potato field on Tuesday.

The victims suffered from abnormal skin rashes and respiratory issue and were being treated at Svay Rieng hospital.
