(Phnom Penh): To honor the Pchum Ben season this year, ABA Bank continues its efforts to promote Cambodian traditions through a short film titled “The Chronicle of Pchum Ben,” featuring Princess Norodom Jenna.
The film invites audiences to rediscover the meaningful traditions of Pchum Ben that lives on across generations.
By incorporating traditional chanting, historical storytelling, and visuals inspired by century-old Khmer art, the film highlights the three core values of Pchum Ben: gratitude, family reunion, and doing good deeds.
These timeless values continue to resonate and connect generations of Cambodians until today.
The ABA Mobile’s Pchum Ben Theme is also inspired by traditional mural paintings found in Cambodian pagodas and has been integrated into the customer experience, creating a unique blend of cultural heritage and digital innovation.
The campaign reflects ABA's commitment to contributing beyond banking services by supporting Cambodian artists, preserving national heritage, and promoting Cambodia's digital transformation.
