Samdech Thipadei added that empowering girls through quality education, safe environments, and equal opportunities can create lasting benefits for families, communities, and the nation as a whole.
He noted that the Girl Guides movement serves as a platform for nurturing leadership, discipline, teamwork, volunteerism, responsibility, courage, and compassion among young people.
On the occasion, Prime Minister Hun Manet underscored that Cambodia stands alongside the international community in recognising that girls and young women are not merely the future generation but active contributors to shaping the future today.
