What is the Management Trainee (Sales) Program?
Huawei’s Management Trainee Program is a Full-time work opportunity for fresh graduates, which is designed to cultivate exceptional talents to strengthen the company’s industry leadership.

Aimed at being trained as a future sales leader, the management trainees have the chance to enter the talent pipeline of corporate managers after 3 to 5 years of work, becoming the backbone of the future management.

• 8 months of on-the-job training.
