(Phnom Penh): Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet, Cambodian Prime Minister, participated in panel discussions on three main topics at the One Health Summit: (1) Governance and Science, (2) Communicable Diseases, and (3) Non-Communicable Diseases, moderated by Eléonore Caroit, Minister Delegate to the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs​ of France, held on Tuesday afternoon (Apr. 7) in France.

Samdech Thipadei also delivered an intervention on the second topic, “Communicable Diseases,” at the Summit.

Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet and a high-level delegation departed Phnom Penh on 6 April 2026 for a working visit to the French Republic at the invitation of French President Emmanuel Macron.
